Bathroom Renovations for Nanaimo Homes & Businesses
Serving Nanaimo & Central Vancouver IslandA bathroom gets used hard every day, so small problems show up fast: a cramped layout, too little storage, a tired tub surround, or a fan that can’t keep up with the moisture. Niko Reno renovates bathrooms for homeowners in Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Nanoose Bay, Parksville and Qualicum Beach, from smaller updates to complete renovations.
We plan the layout, tile, fixtures and ventilation together, so the finished room looks good and holds up to daily use.

FAQs
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes, and lead times on materials like tile and vanities. We’ll talk through expected timing during your consultation and before work begins.
Can you help with small bathroom renovations?
Yes. We handle everything from powder rooms and small ensuites to full main bathrooms. Smaller rooms often benefit the most from careful planning of storage and layout.
Do I need to choose all my materials before the project starts?
The main selections, such as tile, vanity, fixtures and flooring, are usually made during the design and material selection stage, before work begins. That keeps the project moving once the crew is on site.
Do you do other renovations besides bathrooms?
Yes. Our Nanaimo team also handles kitchen renovations, as well as tiling, flooring and painting. If your bathroom is part of a larger project, we can plan the work together.
Do you work outside Nanaimo?
Yes. From our Nanaimo office we serve Ladysmith, Nanoose Bay, Parksville and Qualicum Beach as well as Nanaimo. For projects in Greater Victoria, see our Victoria bathroom renovation page.
